If possible, I want to give zero star. I am giving five stars to the reception staff at the entrance. They were very patient, answered my questions, checked my documents, and even guided me on how to print them. Their service was excellent.nnHowever, I wouldn’t give any star to some of the staff over the counter. One young lady, in particular, had a terrible attitude. She didn’t seem to be there to provide service but rather acted as if she were the boss. It seems that she was not familiar with NSW state policies and procedures. She looked down on people and even told me, “You should leave now, I need to serve other people.” As a result, I had to queue up again, which wasted a lot of my time.nnFortunately, I was eventually helped by an older lady who assisted me in completing the process. However, this experience left me very disappointed with the service quality. I hope the staff can improve their attitude and provide better service in the future.
I had the opportunity to visit this office for the first time to take my driving test, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the service I received. From the moment I arrived, the receptionist was very friendly and professional, making me feel comfortable and welcomed.nnMy Instructor , Joseph, was amazing throughout the entire process. He made me feel completely secure and confident at all times, giving me clear and precise instructions without causing any nervousness. Thanks to his support and calm approach, I was able to successfully pass the test.nnI highly recommend this office; their team is excellent and genuinely cares about the well-being of their clients. Thank you so much for everything!
I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received at the Service NSW center in Marrickville. I had booked a driving test, but the staff member canceled it because I was sneezing. She claimed my car was unsafe for the road, which was not true.nnWhat’s even more appalling is that she admitted to canceling the test because she didn’t want to get sick. As someone who took time off work for the test, this was not only inconvenient but also unprofessional.nnTo make matters worse, I booked another test at a different center and was allowed to take it with the same car - and I passed! I hope Service NSW takes steps to ensure their staff provides fair and respectful treatment to all customers.
Visited today to renew my authority licence. Costumer service officer Monique is so professional well-organised and very helpful She helped me and was in and out in under 10 minutes. Manager Nicholas is helpful too. Monique thank you again for your help.
Maybe you should update your page to say “Last service at 4:45” instead of claiming you’re open until 5:30. I arrived at 5:10 and was told I couldn’t be served and should come before 4:45 next time. If you stop helping people 45 minutes before closing, just be honest about it. Don’t waste people’s time.
