I went there on 5th of Oct at 1:30pm with my partner to apply for the relationship certificate. The South Asian Lady at the computer area next to the reception desk she was there as concierge lied to us that she said we can only apply online. We already knew that we can apply online and we needed the JP service too. I asked her to move us to the counter to apply online and give us the number ticket two times but she kept telling us to apply on the computer. When I asked third time, she finally gave us the paper forms. She literally lied to us to make us leave. Her attitude was horrible all the time and she just wasted our time. Except for her, the concierge in the reception desk and the workers at the counter were helpful. That’s the reason why the rude lady was not assigned a proper job.
Absolute disappointment when a state ID transfer, a standard task, could not be performed by its staff - I was advised I would be receiving a call back when they had enough information to continue proceeding; much to my non-amazement I have not heard from Service NSW since. The service workers obviously do not revolve around my problems, however, if you are unable to complete a task; I would be more satisfied than staff outright lying or forgetting.
While there are some people that work there that are helpful, there are a few that probably shouldn't work there - I don't think it's right for a costume to be treated so rudely when you have been something but nice to the staff.nPersonal I think service NSW needs to higher new staff or rotate your staff on regular shifts so they don't get disgruntled at everyone that comes in.

Went backnUnhelpful staffnI explained my situation having a mild disability the staff we were not helpful.nI even spoke to a manager but he didn’t seem very helpful either.nI’m very appalled by this.nThe voice announcer called my number and the lady at the counter said it is different. Sorry I know what I heard and not deaf. I waited also and hour for my document after the stress from filling details on the computer up there. To get my wwccnIt has made me very stressed and frustrated about this.nHow do you get help ?nwhy does everything need to be difficult? No one explanation or anything!!!
Horrible service. This place has 2 concierge who are helpful but the people that should be helping you over the counter are horrible. Went to this place 4 times and everytime they were more interested in the finishing time. I work office hours and every time had to take time off to get to this office. I got so sick and tired that on the fifth time I just went to the Wynyard office. And job done there. ZERO STARTS I would give to the Bondi office.
