Was greeted at the door by Meeraj and she was amazing!! I forgot my paperwork and she was very sweet , and accommodating, which calmed my nerves before my drivers test. She then checked up on us for the wait. She really was the best and I don’t think I would’ve passed if she wasn’t there with her positivity!!! Great service center
In Bondi Service Centre, the woman on the front counter Asian woman with short to mid‑length black hair with coloured highlights – description for identification only was deeply unprofessional, mean and humiliated an elderly customer.nnAn elderly man politely asked if his name had been called. In full view of the entire waiting area, she raised her voice at him, said she had already called everyone’s names and that he had missed his turn, and made comments like “I’m not you, I can’t read your mind”. The room went completely silent while customers and staff watched. The man was clearly elderly, confused and kept apologising, but she repeatedly cut him off and refused to give him a chance to explain. She then told him that if he had phone issues he should go to Vodafone and if he wanted a TV he should go to Harvey Norman. He left embarrassed and without any help, despite having done nothing wrong.nnIt came across as publicly humiliating a vulnerable elderly person and refusing basic assistance, with everyone in the room watching in silence ONLY, and no one other staffs came and help?
I am writing to express my absolute outrage regarding a system glitch that mismatched my driving test schedule and the subsequent appalling treatment I received. Despite having a confirmed booking that I never altered, I was baselessly accused of changing the time myself. Rather than investigating the technical error, the manager was dismissive and defensive, offering no solution other than to 'file a complaint' and pay for a brand-new test. Expecting a customer to pay twice for a service due to a system failure,while being blamed for the error, is a complete failure of accountability.nShould be called “Disservice NSW” instead.
The worst service I have ever experienced, do not even bother. It’s slow, each of them tell you contradicting information, and you’ll be in there hours. The doorman was a lot of help though and a really nice guy, but not sure how the rest have a job
Great service! The staff were super quick and friendly! I was in and out quickly despite it being busy, and all my issues were resolved. Thanks, surprisingly pleasant experience!
