Didn’t have any cake but the coffee was good, so only reviewing what I had. Pricing is on point with all other coffee shops at the moment. Staff were friendly and well organised.
NEVER BUY FROM HERE! I bought a cake for my daughters birthday. It was not fresh. Tasted old and stale. I took it back to them and they said it’s fresh and there’s nothing wrong with the cake. The lady They were rude and not sympathetic and did not care. They did not offer a refund or anything. Never buying from them again.
I Will not recommend their cake anymore went in yesterday asked for a fresh cake for my wife’s Birthday was guaranteed it was fresh. Cutting the cake felt hard as it was a spongecake the outcome was it was not fresh it was old the layers were think and thin looked like it was made by someone who has never made cakes before, also the cake sponge it self was burnt then burnt part was taken off the cake, was disgusting no one liked it ruined the celebration should not have been lied to me by your staff just to sell your cakes I’m a regular customer, Hope your happy with the review we paid $55.00 for your over priced tasteless cake what were you thinking no one will ever complain. Been going there for over 25 years place has changed all their worried about now is making money you have lost your customer pride never again will me or anyone from our extended family bye from you. These cakes are simply divine and the coffee was hot ,opposite Oliver's shop u must try these cakes
Sergio’s Bankstown. Someone should give them a recipe for berry cheesecake because what was served to me was something creamy with a layer of jam on top. When it was brought to the attention of staff we were told that’s how they make their cheesecake. That slice was bland and slimy. Will never go back. The coffee was terrible as well, very milky.
The presentation forcing you to have a sit and enjoy the cakes. The staff members are so polite and nice. Sitting area is amazing The food is nice, but there is a bit too much cream in all of the cakes. You must try
The baked berry cheese cake was horrible it was pink mousse with jam on top!!!!! Nothing like a cheese cake very disappointing $45.00 for a small size. 3/4 tossed out as unedable.
DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! They Served cake that was rotten after stating it was made fresh today, i tried it and returned to the counter to be told what do you want me to do offering alternate cake that was also days old. I would never buy from this place.
I ordered a lactose free coffee but she barista mixed my order with my friend's regular coffee. I was not aware her mistake until it is too late and I ended up getting sick due to severe lactose intolerance. Even cannot follow up a simple order! She successfully demonstrated what is called "STUPIDITY!"
