Great experience with our two children. The dentist took the time to explain everything and select the best option that suits our kids. Very modern surgery and helpful receptionist. Good quality affordable service. Would definitely recommend for families.
I have always had extremely bad experiences at dentist and over the years now have a huge fear and anxiety when required to see one which only happens when I can't handle the pain and I always get them extracted to save having to see them again. However Dr Shiv and staff were AMAZING talked me through the hole process I walked in to get a tooth extracted and in 1 weeks time I will have the Hollywood smile I could have only dreamed off. I will update with photos of results soon stay tuned, do yourself a favour go see Dr Shiv and his team will truly change your life.
I've only been in Emerald a shirt time in needed a tooth checked so googled and seen Serenity Dental made the booking and was so impressed with the detal assistant she was cool and the Dentist was very nice he explained the procedure really well and did a great job. Very clean clinic highly recommend

Got me an appointment with late notice & couldn’t be happier with the service. From the girls at the front desk to Dr Shiv who diagnosed the issue & sorted it. Would highly recommend this practice.
Great facilities and perfect service from all staff. Dr Shiv explained what was happening and what the next steps would be in clear and easy to understand terms. Excellent experience, definitely recommend.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The treatment is overall amazing. The implants did take there time to heal though now there is no discomfort. When having my teeth bleached I would have the procedure in-house rather than the take home method. The Pola device is exciting though too delicate for my handling. Evaluating my experience at Serenity Dental so far has been an enjoyable one.
