Tiramisu flavour ice cream is the best frozen dessert I have had to date. It is a family favourite!  However, we recently branched out and bought the Fig, Pistachio & Honey flavour… we are bitterly disappointed. Has no scent, and tastes like a spoonful of honey! Can’t believe this one passed the Serendipity taste-testers

Delicious ice cream. Everything is made onsite, and they only sell ice cream in tubs. No cones or cups, although the smallest tub option is a good takeaway size. Had the green tea ice cream and it was Yum!

Super delectable ice cream - you can really taste the Premium Quality ingredients in every bite.  Over the years, I've tried most of the range.  My top pick is the durian flavour, followed closely by the strawberry one. Very helpful staff - special shout out to Ross who quickly packed and helped bring a box full of ice cream to my car. Thanks again!!

Best icecream but alas looks closed down. If you have moved why not update your address details . Also your web ordering link says there are no products. Sorry to say everything points to closed down.  I am happy to hear not but sorry there are no working ways that I can find to buy your product. I always went to the factory which is still listed as your address everywhere I look.

Went on a hunt to find where a particular ice cream was from after tasting it at a restaurant.  Sure enough I came across the stockist and it led me to Serendipity lol.  I cannot explain in words just how good this ice cream is - prior to this, my favourite ice cream was probably Connoisseur but Serendipity knocks it out of the park for sure.  My top picks are Super Fudge Brownie super indulgent and reminiscent of chocolate swirled ice cream you had as a kid and Hojicha toasty green tea which has such a wonderful earthiness.

Easy street parking right in front of the store. They have all the flavours from the common ones to the more exotic ones. Different size are available for your convenience, the most common size is 500 ml for $7.50 ea. Just have to pay by card because no cash on premise policy.

Great range of interesting and fantastic ice cream. Went here for a birthday ice cream cake. We were not disappointed!  Staff are helpful and the ice cream cake was a huge hit. Since then, I have been back to buy assorted flavors in tubs.

I've been meaning to write a review for ages as I'm always left so satisfied. They have all different kinds of ice cream here. Well worth a visit!

You can't get the choices in supermarkets, but the its worth making the trip to the shop. The choices/flavours are extensive, so buy everything because I recommend everything. If I have to choose then it would be the green tea. The shop is small and easy to drive past but drive slowly and try to find parking.

With a range of exotic-sounding and taste-bud-tempting flavours on offer, it's hard to go wrong in the Serendipity store. The products aren't cheap, but it's well worth the extra few dollars for their delicious, creamy ice creams, such as the unusual Wattleseed ice cream. They now have a number of stockists across Australia, however, nothing beats going in to have a chat with the friendly staff and grabbing an ice cream cake the Hokey Pokey and Death by Chocolate Cake is indeed to die for, perfect for any occasion.
