The food is usually very good and so is the friendly service. Unfortunately, this time my 'mixed vegetable' dish consisted of Asian leafy green vegetables stems on a plate. Very disappointing and when l approached the usually friendly lady boss, who is very familiar with my family as we frequent the restaurant often, she basically spoke over me and did not show me the least of respect or concern for my complaint as a regular customer. It was embarrassing and very disheartening as l never, ever expected to be treated with such disregard. After a couple more interactions with another gentlleman on my table, she announced that she consulted her boss and they would not be charging us for the said dish. She failed to recognise her complete lack of courtesy and rude attitude towards me initially which was really the biggest disappointment for me. My husband has vowed never to step foot in that restaurant again, he was not impressed with how rudely l was treated and spoken over as though l was not worth her time and effort. The photo of the said dish attached is was when the dish was taken to the kitchen and brought out to us again with a few carrots added. Very sad ordeal which could have been easily avoided. Very unprofessional.

I called few times and I would love to send them the pic and they said would call back till not I got no any call from them.
Shocking. First time I’ve ordered from this restaurant and I was looking forward to it... I really should have checked google reviews first, it seems... I ordered via uberEats which just seems to never really work out lately. Anyway, after accidentally pressing order trying to view the items on my list, I was unable to cancel as it had been accepted so quickly by the restaurant. I just got the impression that all they wanted to do was complete the order ASAP and just gave us what they had left at the end of the day. My Order... Mixed Veg with Oyster Sauce Container lid wasn’t placed on properly so resulted in all of the containers being coated in oyster sauce. Mixed Veg Chow Mein Vegetable Chow Mein with soft egg noodles is what I ordered... what I got was more mixed vegetables with a small bag of crispy noodles. Salt & Pepper Squid Tentacle The only reason the salt and pepper squid got a thumbs up is it is because it was the only semi-worthwhile thing there was presented to us. Still on the lookout for my go-to Chinese restaurant having recently moved into the area. Will cross this one off the list. Such a shame. Very VERY disappointed. Happy Mother’s Day to me
Amazing food. Nice service. The owner, we had a lady, who was very friendly and helpful. She assisted us in finding the dishes to our taste and was happy to tweak some dishes to our liking. The salt and pepper tofu appetizer stole the show. It is just to die for. The serving size for the price is really good compared to their competitors. We will definitely come there again.
Service was Fantastic well priced for the size of portions, yummy food we had a awesome night well be back again.
Have not been here in a while and the dim sum / yum cha was disappointing. The deep fried dishes appeared refried and using stale oil we didn’t finish. At least the “cha” was as expected. Rice rolls with prawn was ok but the bbq pork rice rolls looked stale too with flavour being masked by soy sauce. Hope they can work in their quality on bring standards up again.
I've being eating here since it opened more than 10 years ago. And the food and service have always been great. The family gathered for a Lunar New Year celebration and we had pre-ordered a few days earlier. The food was, as always before, excellent and the manager and wait person were most efficient and attentive. I remember a long while back I asked the chef if he would cook an off-menu dish. He did and it was fantastic. There is plenty of free parking nearby, credit cards are accepted and there is disabled access.
I have been coming here for years for dim sum. The food has never disappointed me. The Only thing is I don't how much I am paying until I go to pay for the bill which always comes out to about 70 - 80 dollars. Surely when they add to the bill it can be written in English?
Absolutely disgusting…I have never eat such disgusting dishes, the pork was over salty and not to mention more veggies such as celery and the rest my dog wouldn’t even touch it. Not to mention the lady is so rude and the place it self has no idea how to treat people and not to mention take responsibility for their mistakes. Stay away from this filth of a place and not to mention I have call the health inspector to come one random day to see what I have seen. I would love to give minus -5 stars but there is no such option
Group of 7 and food was lovely and could pick on little things but overall was just nice food and nice service and a pleasant evening considering it was Thursday night and only one lady on service
