We decided to go with Sentinel after doing a lot of research into quality builders.  Sentinel was our first choice and we couldn't be happier with the end result.  Stuart and his team designed and built the perfect home for our family by not only working with us on our unique layout requirements but also finding the ideal section to give us the lifestyle we desired in Auckland.  After moving in to our home the quality of the build and materials used is second to none and we are the envy of our neighbours!  
Would definitely recommend and hope to build again with Sentinel.

We were introduced to Sentinel by a family member. From our first meeting we were assured that we were going to get what we wanted, and with exceptional service. The discussions about our dreams were handled with professionalism and integrity, and we felt more and more confident as the process continued. Our design was by no means expensive or complex, but we were treated with attentiveness and respect. The experience and skill demonstrated by staff led us to believe that we would get what we wanted - as it turned out to be. We have no hesitation in recommending Sentinel to our family and friends.

We built with Sentinel Homes and had nothing but problems with this company. They were taking so long to build it we had a meeting with Stuart the Director of the company to see why and his response was that they would hand the build back to us at framing stage and told us to find another builder to finish it.  I do not think another builder would have taken the build over but I wish we had found someone else.  We have walls not straight and the gib stopping could have been done better by my kids.  We are not happy with this house at all. We have had several meetings now to try and get them to fix it but this has still not happened. Last meeting with them is now coming up three weeks ago and they said they would be in touch with a date to do this.  Still Nothing. We have been in this house now for well over a year.  I would not have posted anything about this company but I have had enough.

Sentinel have been fantastic, so helpful with advice for our build.
From finding the right piece of land to design and build they are always there to help. We are really pleased with the quality of our home.

We built a home & income investment property and Sentinel took care of the whole process end to end.  Design, planning, project management and ongoing maintenance post the build was a stand out for us during our time building with Sentinel.  Would definitely do it again
