We went for the Interlude Package on a Sunday afternoon. The staff were amazing and very welcoming. They gave us proper instructions and the massage was so relaxing. Laura was my massage therapist and she was wonderful. Applied the right amount of pressure and made me feel at ease from the start.nnThe bath experience was amazing too. They have private baths and changing rooms. They also have open bathing area. The bath is smaller than I expected but still very nicely maintained. The sauna can accommodate a max of six people before it becomes uncomfortable. The cold plunge was perfect too.nnThe hammam experience is totally worth it along with the scrubs. A great experience and will totally go back for more.
Had a really good experience at A Sense of Self. The massage was incredibly relaxing, exactly what I needed, it was calm, grounding, and done with great care.nnThe bath house was also excellent, very clean, well maintained, and thoughtfully set up, making the whole experience feel peaceful and indulgent.nnOverall, such a beautiful space for rest and reset. I’ll definitely be coming back and would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a truly relaxing experience.
What an oasis right in the heart of the urban jungle we call Collingwood - where you can relax in serenity whilst sneaking a peak of an incredible street art mural out the window - so very Melbourne! The steam room is amazing - I recommend getting the scrubs and give your body a good work over. Hot pool, ice cold plunge pool and sauna . All set amongst a beautifully designed interior … a totally lux experience
The massage portion of my booking was incredible! The woman completing my service was so lovely and very relaxing! However the bath house…. I was allocated two hours I was out and dressed and leaving an hour in… it is very small and there was over 20 people in the same time. The space has one average? Sized warm pool a very small maybe 2 person ice pool and a sauna that max firs 4 people without being squished …. Really disappointing wide and I wish I’d saved my money and birthday voucher on just a massage …
Such a stunning place and quite good price for 2 hours. You have got a hot/cold water plunge, sauna and hamman. The staff was cleaning throughout the experience and there were drinks and nibbles. Super relaxed after all.
