Got a cylinder of helium from this shop on Sunday... My daughter's 1st birthday... Not only did it pop the majority of our foil balloons, but the gas was old and non effective. NONE of her balloons lasted 1 hour after being blown up. All helium grade balloons were used. Not my first time using a tank either. To top it off. I send my husband back today with the tank and they charge us an adddition $30 for a late return after the guy already said a few days is not a problem as they have plenty of tanks. Utterly ridiculous... Ruined my whole day, set me back and we were 2 hours late to start the party because the balloons wouldn't float!

Went in and order some balloons for pick up today for a birthday this evening. Asked the lady what time they close because we would be rushing around in the day, she mentioned “we close at 5:30” we said that’s great and we would pick up the balloons at 5- 5:30pm. Later on today we go to pick up the balloons and it’s quarter past 5 and we decide to give them a ring just to mention we are on our way but there was no answer. We tried ringing at least 3 times. Once we got there it was 5:20 and they had already shut and gone home. after taking my money I did not recieve my balloons. very angry!!!!!!!

Appalling customer service. This business will lie to suit themselves and then blame it on you and leave you without what you paid for or your money. Choose somewhere else to get your goods from.

Awsome stuff who are happy to help! I asked about some items which needed ordering in and they were super good about it! They are also really helpful and answer any questions. 5 stars!

Very varied in their offerings. My favourite party needs shop. Better than Lombard or Spotlight
