this place is great. Their $7 chicken on rice bowl any chicken btw, pretty good probably makes it the cheapest place to get good quality food in Kapiti. I have tried all of their chicken and I have to say the chili and the teriyaki chicken are the best. I don't have any complaints, 100% recommend.

Great food but I was really put off by the fact the woman who served me had no shoes on.

Price has gone up substantially now $16 for a medium and they are still very tight with the meat and weighing it. You'd think they could pop away the scales when they've just put the prices up by $3? You could probably get far better value elsewhere unfortunately.

Donburi bowls are delicious. Too bad they skimp out on the chicken every. single. time. If I'm paying 16 dollars for a large chicken/salad bowl, I'd expect more than 10% of the meal to be chicken... Hopefully this has since changed.

A great experience although they have changed since the lockdown and this maybe in part to requirements by law under lockdown. Still good value with fast and friendly service
