Not the best beach in the world of course! But it serves its purpose and provides everyone with what they’re after. Great food options and a jetty worth taking a walk on.
Love coming here with my girls. Even on a cool day, it's nice to grab a hot drink and go for a walk along the beach. The playground is amazing.

Great place to spend all day or for as long as you wish.the beach is pristine and plenty to do on the lawns if you don't like sand.playground for children , train ride on a little train to fort Glanville and back. Shops and eateries galore up and down the esplanade...I consider it Pandora's box with all the choices.
Semaphore Beach is a popular beach to have a swim, see a seal or two, watch the beautiful sunset and walk along the jetty. It is also close to a strip of shops where you can buy fish & chips to eat on the beach or eat an icecream.
