Customer service could be better. First time driving a truck. The back was dirty as I had to mop it before putting my belongings in it. The cabin was clean. There should be a written manual for easy access and avoid talking to customers service. Cost me just under $300 for 6 hours hire. Would not book with them again.

Wow. The Go with Gecko Ute hire was just so easy to use. Found a Ute for hire close to home. No picking up of keys from anyone. Placed my order over the phone, completed the relevant checks, downloaded the app and away I went. You guys rock. Ute was a late model in perfect order. Thanks to Vanessa who assisted in placing my order. Will definitely use again and refer friends

Booked a truck a week in advanced to pick up at 8am on Saturday. Was sent an email at 7:11pm on Friday night to tell me the truck was unavailable for the next day, offered refund or reschedule with a number to contact. Contact hours via that number were 7am-7pm. Not sure what they expect me to do for the next day, no alternative vehicle offered, no means given to contact them after hours, no phone call to try and reach me to help sort something out just an email. Others should definitely weigh up there options if this is how they handle these circumstances.

Easy to use, great prices and modern and comfortable vans. We used them for an interstate move and it was a breeze! The team was super helpful with any questions we had too.

I rented their van, which had a fuel gauge on the second top line, and I assumed that this was the top needle. I rented it for a day and returned it in 6 hours, the majority of which was spent loading and unloading items after the engine had been turned off. On the way back, I filled the tank for $52, which was outrageous for only driving the van for 3 hours and seeing that the fuel needle had reached the top line, which made me relieved that I had gotten the van with less fuel. When I told them about it, they started blaming me for consuming so much fuel in such a short period of time. I rented it a few times before and used it for the entire day, spending 25-35$ on fuel, and now I returned in 6 hours out of a maximum of 3 hours on the road, and I have to pay extra money for fuel on top of it. Bunnings was closer to my house and cheaper than them, but it was my bad luck that I chose them for the service.

First time I hired a vehicle with these guys the centre console had a live cockroach in it. Additionally when I went to find the vehicle it wasn't where it said it was so I had to call them, it was a few streets over.  Second time I used the vehicle the fuel was past the full line from the previous user. When I returned the vehicle I filled it up to the "F" marker on the vehicle and was slugged with a fee from them.  Back and forth with their staff and even after quoting their own terms stating that the vehicle must be returned with a "full tank" they believe that a "full tank" is past the "F" line on the vehicle itself.  Seems that they want to just flog people with any fees they can. Never using them again. Dishonest and don't care.

Turned up and the vehicle we hired was parked in die to being parked in a Local car park. Beware of all the extra charges, I filled the tank and had evidence of tank being full but conveniently had a faulty fuel gauge- My nice $220 hire for 1 day ended up costing me $750!!!!!! Bad customer service DO NOT USE

Truck came available at short notice offered drop off at nearby location, gave a a good discount for first user, however the blutooth didn't work correctly on truck. But other then that seems ok.

Good service if it worked. App was buggy. Got charged an extra $50 for not using the app properly, even though it was confirmed by staff they would take care of it.  Then got charged an extra fee for fuel despite showing the receipt that I topped up with.  Overall extremely disappointing. They are not clear with their fees so feel they can charge whatever they want. Will not use again.
