I’ve been coming here for a number of years now and can’t rave enough about it. I get made to feel so at home and there’s such a relaxed vibe about the place. I’m in love with the treatments I’ve had mostly laser face treatments - the results have been incredible. Every therapist I’ve had has been wonderful. I usually go to Michelle who has looked after me sooo much and given me the best advice. I’d highly, highly recommend it - especially if you’re looking to support local business during the this difficult time.

I have been a client of Self Centred for just over 3 and a half years and a member of the luxury club and couldn't speak of them more highly.  All the  staff are professional and very friendly.  The service and treatments are extremely high quality and value for money. Special mention to Lorna that has treated my skin for a very long time and always does an amazing job .

After years of neglecting my skin, I decided it was 'better late, than never' and wandered into Self Centred Medi Spa for a chat about my skin.  The staff were and still are amazing.  No judging, no pushy sales, and no nagging about what I haven't done.  Instead, I get fantastic service and great products that we tailor to MY skin needs as they change.  It's been over 12 months since my 1st visit and my skin feels & looks so much better. I would highly recommend the team at Self Centred Medi Spa.

Can't speak highly enough of Self Centred Medi Spa. The staff are all so friendly right from the minute you walk through the door, it is such an enjoyable experience EVERY TIME. I always feel comfortable no matter what I am having done. I had lots of different treatments leading up to my wedding in December and my skin has never looked so good & I really felt like they had my best interests at heart. Highly recommend! I've been a member of the medi club at Self-Centred for several years, I can't recommend them enough!! After reading some of the other reviews I must say I have only ever been treated well by all staff. They have all been so professional & considerate during each treatment. I have been treated by many different therapists and each have continued to refer to my file and skin needs at the time to deliver exceptional service. I have been part of the luxury club at Self Centred for going on 10 years now, I visit at least once a month and love to be pampered by all the babes there.  Kerry has always had a great team of professional and caring staff who go the extra mile to look after you and your skin!  I can always rely on their advice and recommendations for different treatments and products to address skin/ageing concerns.  Thanks lovelies for always looking after me &lt;3

I’ve been having my waxing done here for ages, and the service has always been amazing. The spa itself is spotless, the staff are warm, welcoming and very professional, and the waxing is painless & fast. My skin has never looked better! 10/10 would recommend!

Absolute waste of money and terrible customer service at Self Centred Medi Spa in Melbourne Central. Do not sign up to their membership program because they are terribly unprofessional and don’t treat customers with a level of service and respect that they deserve when paying for a service. I signed up to a 5 month membership program and told them all along that I was going overseas for 2 months so would have to cancel by July 1. The consultant even told me on the last treatment, “this is your last treatment with us isn’t it, make sure you come back when you’re back from overseas, hopefully we see you in a couple months time”. At no point did she say, I’ll put that cancellation through your membership now so you won’t be charged in 30 days time when you are away.  I completely understand you must run a business HOWEVER you need to be open and transparent with your customers - they are what makes your business run and please do not trick them into paying more money when they can’t use the service. My skin doesn’t even look any better than it did prior to the 5 months of treatments. Highly recommend you consider other salons that have much better service for example Skin Temple St Kilda - amazing amazing salon. Alos Take Off Skin & Body - really lovely girls here and make your skin feel amazing and you feel amazing as a customer which is the end goal right? DO NOT lock into these guy’s - they will not let you know the T&Cs until it’s too late and their service is totally not worth it!!!  The T&C were not explained in full at the time of signing up. They were written in fine print on a long multi-page document on a general T&C form - where is the human touch in that?  When explaining in person that I need to cancel my membership by a certain date, this should be advised at the time that sorry we can't take that verbally, you will need to send it in writing. Not just agree and say oh we are sorry to see you go.  It's common courtesy, common sense really, and a bare minimum expectation of reasonable customer service.

Love the guys here. Lorna does the best eyebrows and Kylie always looks after me and me feel valued and special. The service is amazing and products are great. I’m a member if the luxury club and get a great treatment every month and good deals.

I have been a club member at Self Centred for many years, and although I typically go there for massages, I have had a number of different treatments over the years. I have always found the staff to be very professional, knowledgeable and accommodating, and would highly recommend Self Centred Medi Spa to any of my friends or colleague’s needing a treatment.  I have a desk bound computer job, and have a therapeutic massage at Self Centred once a month, to eliminate neck and back issues inherent to my work.  I find my regular Self Centred massages are more than just a relaxing 1 hour escape from my 8 hour working day. I feel better now in my neck, shoulders and back, than I did when I was a years younger, and not getting a regular treatments.  Everyone should get on board and treat yourselves to something special at Self Centred.
