Made you wait for 20 mins for your coffee and not even a single apology . Yes after 20 mins of waiting they needed to ask if they should offer you an apology or not . If things are hard enough how about improving your services rather than trying to blame the customer instead . Imagine spending your hard earned $$ received a bad service and get told to shut up.

Ordered an ice chocolate Cost was $9.90 quite small size cups It wasn't bad but more then half of it was whipped cream so you really get very little actual drink

Coffee was good and the price is very reasonable.  Example,  a large latte is $5.80. The macron was good.  Not too sweet.

the shop wasn't busy at all, the girls were busy chatting. My partner and I waited 20min for cup of coffee, terrible service, rude staffs, and my latte was undrinkable, burnt and watery. Thanks for ruin my day.

The coffee here is great, saw a large line of people ordering coffee and that’s how I ended up here. Quick service and friendly staff.

Consistently the best coffee I have had in Melbourne, so conveniently located right near box hill station entrance, if I'm in a rush or not I can alway have trust that my coffee is always delicious and quick.  Respect the skills these girls posses, they care.  The chocolate may seem over priced but you are experiencing amazing chocolate if you can spare the coin definitely try one  Great business!

It's a pity there has been no response from the owner on the service quality of his staff members.  It'll be good that he holds a meeting with them regarding service and randomly be on-site surprise checks.  Similar to So Yeon Paik's comment, a rude barista served me yesterday pointing out my mistake looking sulky and frustrated with her job that in fact was her colleague at the till who misheard my request for 1.5 shots, not 1.5 sugars in a small cup. As the extra cost for just half-shot stronger makes the whole cup expensive because the usual one shot for a small cup without sugar is too weak, I'm having second thoughts about returning to Selene's for my next cuppa.  The photo below end of last year was a medium cup that I was happy with in a previous review.

Came here for drinks and something small for dessert. They were giving out free chocolate spoons on July 7th but ran out. $4 coffees came with a small chocolate, however, I paid over $9 for an iced chocolate and got nothing. Even if they ran out, adding something small out of courtesy would of been nice since I asked. The waffle I ordered was cold and had the Nutella spread on it like toast, which looked unappetising. The iced chocolate was served in a deceivingly small glass, a huge rip off for the price. Not a Karen I’m a dude but there isn’t even a proper complaints page. Honestly, please give this place a miss.

So-so cakes. $9+ for the passion fruit and mango cake. Its too sweet. The only good thing is it's open late for "desperate" sit down western style desserts in box hill. I would just get something from the bakery next door if they were open.

This is my favorite chocolate bar in Melbourne. Not only the coffee is strong enough, the cakes, macaroons and chocolates are super good! I always buy gift boxes for my friends. Nice place and I hope to see you open in other shopping malls.
