I do not hesitate to recommend Select for body corporate management of large residential complexes. I have worked with Select as a body corporate committee member for a number of years on a large apartment complex that has been experiencing major problems. I cannot imagine what would have happened to the residents if it was not for the hard work of the property managers; often outside of their normal scope. The property managers are approachable, friendly and most importantly, very responsive. Although I am moving on from this particular complex, I look forward to hopefully working with our property managers again as I will miss their hard work and the professional relationship we all formed. If you're looking for a new body corporate management company, I strongly urge you to consider Select. Edit: I have emailed Select as they requested below, but for the public record, the property managers I worked with are Matthew and Romy.

DO NOT USE THEM - *edit* Their response below are LIES and I have the emails to prove it. *edit* I was on the owners council and I can say they are literally the worst Management agency you could possibly use. Incorrect bills, stonewalling, say they'll do one thing then they do another, rude staff and incredibly incompetent management. In the latest round of issues with them it's taken a whole year to get someone to contact me regarding a wrong bill. It took me stopping payments AND contacting them for a year to get any response from them. They simply don't want to do anything and collect money for it, then bill you for the privilege of sorting out their mistakes. In fact I urge ANY owners council members to contact me where I can prove all of this and outline their shady practices and lies. I would also caution you to only contact them in writing as they will talk with you over the phone then follow up with emails claiming totally different things occurred. Disgusting. If they put as much effort into these ass covering replies on google they might not have been such a bad agency.

Our property managers in Jodie and Frank O' Connell do an outstanding job. Aways very prompt and efficient in their approach towards any task's and resolve them efficiently. A can do attitude always helps for which we commend them and Select Body Corp. We have been with Select for years and their management style is outstanding. Keep up the good work

Our building is about 12 years old and I've been on the committee about 5 years. We've had all kinds of common property issues to deal with - from the usual apartment issues, to building defect claims at VCAT. Jess takes an interest in our building and makes a huge effort to know the building, its issues and the residents. She deals with each issue on its merits, and promptly deals with it. Other than being an experienced body corporate manager, she has been an absolute delight to deal with. I feel our management fees are well spent.
