I recently purchased a 5.1.2 speaker system, an amplifier, and a sound calibration package from Selby Acoustics at Hallam. Unfortunately, my experience with their customer service has been extremely frustrating.nnAfter waiting for two months to organize the sound calibration, I finally received a response. Prior to this, every time I called, I was assured that someone would return my call to follow up, but I never received any response.nnTo add to my disappointment, my brand-new subwoofer is now malfunctioning, and I have had to send it in for repairs. It has been two weeks, and I still have no idea how long the repair process will take.

Rang and asked did they sell VHS head cleaning tapes, for my no picture when playing tapes, man at other end of phone said they did put three away for me drove down to Hallam where another man who knew about order handed them to me, drove home put one in 10 secs in machine perfect picture, now able to watch old car racing vids, great customer service off both men highly appreciated and recommended.

A marvellous place for all things hi-fidelity and AV. always exceptional service from the gents here
