Really nice products but less than average service with staff not as helpful as they could be. Wanted to order an outdoor furniture item online and asked about a weather cover. Was told they have one that " should fit". Then I asked if there is one specifically for it and told yes. I then asked if we could have one and then was told " not available until maybe mid year". Felt like "computer says no". Not having a paid delivery service available for this item also not helpful, Canning Vale not exactly a central location for those of us living near the coast, but same helpful assistant suggested multiple trips for this bulky item would fix this of about 90 minutes each in our case. Seriously? Do you want to delight your customers, Segals, or don't you care?

Bought a daybed. Was told they do not deliver that item. Had to hire a truck to get it home. Really!!! Whatever happened to customer service?? Obviously don't care!!!
Fantastic range of furniture and and good quality. Pay a bit more for a sturdy item that's going to last.
Shocking. Told to pick item up and when courier arrived not there and not available for a week or more. Phoned 3:times over 4 daya to sort out. Hopeless. Won't shop there again.
After waiting month after month for our product to arrive we decided to cancel our purchase. I wish we had of read the reviews as stated multiple times, we got told different stories each time why our item was delayed. Very disappointed with the customer service and communication about our product. They will probably blame it on COVID shipping etc, however we were told each time a phone call was made it will be the following week. Not once were we offered a compensation for our money sitting in the accounts of Segals making interest. Never again we will shop with this company.
Wish I could give them a zero out of 5 because I have never dealt with a company as bad as Seagal's. I have never left a negative review before but I'm so beyond angry. We purchased our outdoor setting in December last year and we are STILL waiting to receive it. Almost 6 months and spending $1500 dollars, we have nothing to show. They have been making interest on our money for 6 months yet we still have no product. We have repeatedly been told different stories by different staff members about why we are still waiting, 1 time it was because there was a back up of the shipping containers waiting to dock yet the last two times it has been something different. The last two times it has been delayed we haven't even received a text or phone call. Only knowing because we have gone out of our way to follow it up. 23rd of May and still nothing. Worst costumer service I have ever received from a company.
Poor customer service!!! We brought a new outdoor setting to which there were 2 important screws missing. We called up to see if they could be delivered as soon as possible as both of us work fulltime and have after school commitments with the kids and they were not obliging at all. You would think that spending $1500 would at least see them try. It was either pick them up, call the care service or have them mailed out after we had already borrowed a truck to pick them up the day before. The furniture seems good but the customer service can be improved.
1st it was call a week before to confirm the delivery date which we had put on the order paid the deposit, and said good bye. Called a week before as agreed, only to be told "sorry we did not think that date was THE date"... 2nd we agreed to deliver a few days later, and requested a call 1/2 an hour prior to the truck arriving. Good news we got the call. The truck arrived as stated. 3rd Two men, and an outdoor 2400 table with 8 chairs, everything in boxes. I asked " You guys do put the table together and remove all the empty boxes right?" To my surprise this was the response " No Sir we don't"... So I called the Myaree store to be told we do what every other furniture store does, we deliver only. They must be unaware of their rival's, and by the way "not every" other furniture store does this. I have purchased from King Living and The Furniture Gallery and they BOTH delivered, installed and removed the boxes. How do you create a point of difference between yourself and every other furniture store. DO WHAT THEY DONT DO, NOT WHAT THEY DO.
Bought an outdoor umbrella with 4 concrete tiles. One tile arrived broken and was told to fill in an online form and expect a response within 2 working days. Had to follow up on the 5th day as there was no calls or emails. Once email came thru they gave options when I requested a new tile to be sent thru as I had paid for delivery. They ignored my question in multiple emails why it won't be delivered. They made the replacement available at a warehouse where I had to bring back a 30kg tile to be exchanged. TLDR: Their customer care levels really sucked. Only buy if you are sure you won't need any replacements.
