Always an absolute winner! I am properly obsessed with the stretched noodles and how they vary in thickness and length. Sometimes you can even get a little nub where the chef’s finger held it while stretching! Thoroughly impressed with the flavour too - definitely not hot spicy but a nice chilli oil flavour and yummy garlic hit
My first time trying Xian style food. The cold noodles are a winner here. The chilli oil sauce was impressive and not too hot. The lamb burger was unique, best paired with a soup on the side since it's a bit dry if had by itself. The lamb chunks had good cumin flavor + other spices. Pretty unique and worth trying.

Great xian braised beef noodle and cold side dish w beef and tripes. The prices are very reasonable with great portion. The food has never failed with great texture of chewy noodle and marinated beef. The chili oil also packed with flavour..not spicy
Yum food and reasonably priced. I had the Hand-pulled Noodles with Xi’an Style Braised Pork, was good, as well as a Cumin Lamb Burger this was smaller than expected, just bread and meat but he flavour of the lamb was awesome. Would have it again.
The best chilli oil hand pulled noodles!! Amazing price, only $14.50 for regular which is more than filling enough. Always quick and still a hidden gem, I’ve never had trouble getting a table. A must have on dominion road
The hand pulled noodles with cumin lamb…. Absolutely fantastic. Perfect level of spice that’s still flavourful and edible but has a solid kick. Just immaculate 10/10 number 87 is where it’s at
It is dry. Literally dry pork in bread. Needs a sauce and maybe onions or lettuce to make it tasty
