Visited the store twice in a week. Both times I was the recipient of great service, and also noticed the two staff offering to help the other customers find their sizes at other stores and being really helpful. The ladies were patient and gave their customers full attention. The staff have a whole load of stock to deal with and pack, but yet they were all smiles. I have not had such a wonderful retail experience in a long time! Linda even went out of her way to offer to help with international communication to another Seed store if needed. Linda- if you see this, you are the absolute best, I am wearing my tops and thinking of you!!
I had the pleasure of meeting Linda and Jessie yesterday. They were both extremely helpful and made my shopping experience fun and enjoyable. I had trouble choosing between two jackets so they each put one on to help make my decision easier…& I ended up leaving with both I don’t live near the city but will definitely be returning to this store in the future for the great customer service. Thank you both so much
The girls at Seed Watertown are so lovely and funny to shop with. They spent time on their computer searching the availability of a style in other colours and sizes at other stores. I love Seed clothes and this store!
I recently phoned the store and was assisted by Katie who told me an I item I was looking for was available instore. When I went to the store Linda assisted me to find the item instore. It is so refreshing to receive such wonderful service both over the phone and in store.

Today I had an amazing service at Seed Watertown by a lady called Linda. Earlier that day I was in the city store and they didn’t have the shoes I wanted in my size but the lady there told me that Watertown Had a few pairs. ALL I can Linda was very friendly and so helpful making sure I got the right size shoes and Made my day with her great customer service ! I will definetelly go back to store again! Thank you once again
