New stain on blazer after dry cleaning. Failed to disclose in person to me, also charged full price of cleaning. Only saw this with their paper notice after I arrived home with it. It’s my favourite blazer.....
Consistently good.
Good care is taken of my garments here by friendly staff. I recommend them. They also do small fix up jobs. Not cheap but with good garments you must pay for quality service.
They got my stain out.
