Buyers Beware!!
Do your research on any property you are considering to buy from this company and from Dennis Earl in particular. My sister and her husband recently sold their property for $130,000 LESS than what they paid for it 5 years ago. The property was on the market for over 6 months and I am sure there will be many other clients in the same position. You've been warned!!

Fantastic property management by Marie Goizet for the past 2.5 years. Highly recommend Marie and Secure Property Wealth for tenancy management. Professional, responsive and proactive.

Update: The manager called to discuss our issues and apologised on behalf of our agent. Perhaps it was an issue with our individual agent rather than the company as a whole.

Original Review: We were not at all impressed with Secure Equity Group (rental properties). Our agent was terrible to communicate with and was at times quite unprofessional. I would not recommend renting property through this agency.
