Entered due to the large sign saying ROOFTOP PARKING $13 and upon exit found that I was supposed to read the fine print on the sign and 4 hours cost me $66. Also in bold it says Monday - Friday. But they’re clearly leaving the crucial information to be the smallest. Had been in a hurry with a crying newborn in the backseat and find it quite poor business to take advantage of people like this. Theres no way you can justify $66 for 4 hours.
Yet another price hike for the most expensive city in Australia to park in. Used to be $7 max for night parking just a few months ago. It's now a max of $25, almost 4 times the price in less than a year. They are upping their prices every other month trying to milk you for the most amount of money they can get away with. Absolute joke, do not park here.nnEdit for your reply:nCompetitive with who? Secure run most the carparks in the area. Also your online prices are THE SAME PRICE. You are committed to profits and nothing else.
$66 for 2 hours and 15 minutes feels unreasonable, especially considering the narrow parking spaces, elevators that are often out of order, and staircases with a strong odor of urine. Overall, it’s a disappointing experience that seems to take advantage of the limited parking options. For that price, opting for an Uber would be a better choice. I do not recommend.
As Roy below said:nnHow can it be legal to have the prices displayed only once you've entered a one way ramp and have no option to turn around? $22 for an hour. You should be in jail for theft and fraud.
The pricing is a joke and not clearly signed... $44 for 1hr 9mins which is disgraceful. Also the price said $13 Monday to Friday which makes it even worse.nnI'll be requesting a refund but doubt I'll receive anything. Be cautious everyone!
