A surprisely positive experience parking on the weekend in the CBD. $15 all day parking 6 to 6 true to their words.nnBe warned to arrive early. Parking spaces quickly run out before mid morning.

Dear Sir/Madam,nI am writing to file a complaint regarding an incident that occurred on 12 February 2026.nI approached the counter to ask about the service charge, as I felt it was higher than what I had previously paid. The older female staff member who assisted me appeared displeased and told me to get a ticket from the machine. However, I did not understand what to do because I had already made the payment and the ticket was inside the machine.nFrom her facial expressions and the way she spoke to me, it was clear that she was unhappy with me. Shortly after, a man asked her for a key I am not sure what the key was for. The staff member then threw the key in my direction with an angry expression. Fortunately, there was a glass barrier in front of me, so I was not injured.nI would like the company to please investigate whether this staff member’s behavior complies with your customer service standards. I believe customers should be treated with professionalism and respect.nIf you require any additional information, please feel free to contact me by message.

Good location, well priced with good weekend rates; no pre booking required.nI was looking for somewhere to park in the CBD over the weekend while visiting Sydney.nWas about to book somewhere else but glad I read the reviews suggesting this location instead. Arrived 4pm Friday and left early Sunday morning with total charge of $27nNot the cleanest or tidiest carpark but that’s ok.nWill be using this location in future.

If I could give this a zero I would. I planned this nice dinner with my mother for her birthday. After our pleasant Night out, the night was then completely ruined after going back to pick up our car. The car park is that dark, we had to use our torches on our phones to try and navigate our surroundings. Not one light was on it was 8:30pm at night it’s ridiculous. It was that dark that drivers couldn’t  even see where they are going,  we nearly got collected by a car,  it could have ended very badly. Never parking here again. Im warning you civilians watch out. NO WAYYYYYY!!!!! THIS IS WHAT I EXPECTED. I have been in Wilson car parks and never experienced terrible things like this.

Parked here to go to the SCG, with it a very short walk to the Chinatown light rail stop.  It was very easy to get to via the harbour bridge coming from north side.  Can’t turn right into the car park on Goulburn St, so a quick lap was needed to turn around.
