This morning I parked at one of your garages at 460 Lonsdale Street Melbourne. I park at this particular location most Saturday's at a rate of 9 for the day. I parked here today for the first time mid week where the early bird rate is advertised at $20. I entered at 8.37am and went to leave just after 5pm. When I inserted my card it registered that I owed $80. I was shocked to say the least and called your contact centre where I was advised I needed to have another ticket to claim the early bird rate. I was not aware of this as I park here over the weekends and have never needed to do this before. I spoke with a manager who advised there was nothing he could do to give that rate and the best he could do was charge me $46 to leave the car park. After explaining the situation, he was not willing to let me out for the advertised $20 rate without the other card and charged me the $46. This is appalling customer service and extortion at it's best. I will never park in one of your locations ever again.

Good location slightly away from the busy areas. Secure-a-spot app allows me to park for $5 so it's worth it.

Pre-booked early bird parking cost $16 per day which was good, the parking garage itself is small but easy to navigate providing you don't get slammed into by morons doing 40km/h round the blind bends, get out of bed earlier rather than trying to save precious seconds flying around the place.

Easy to get in parks. Lonsdale is a nightmare to get out of in the afternoon.
