We are an Italian family owned and operated cafe and have been serving traditional Italian food In for 20 years. Our aim is to give the best quality food and service along with value for money.
Centrally located just 6 kilometres from the CBD in East Victoria Park on the corner of Basinghall Street and Albany Highway, we boast a relaxed casual environment for your dining experience.

We went there for weekend lunch and it was very quiet. The food quality was average, portion was big and the price was very reasonable. But the staff could be more knowledgeable to explain the dish and suggest us order less.
Today a friend and I went Sebastians to Celebrate my Birthday.... The Food & service was Fabulous....i choose Sebastians as it was a place where my mum and I came for many Burthdays , and It holds a special place in my heart as my mum passed away last year.... Thankyou to all the staff /,Chef for making my day so special
The food was very nice. The staff were friendly. However, it is as expensive as a posh restaurant, yet no salt/pepper shakers on table. Empty cutlery and napkin holder. Had to ask for water at the table. Vegetarian options: They had vegetarian and gf options. Menu had labels of gf etc Parking: Paid parking bays but not easy to find an empty bay. Very busy cafe strip. Dietary restrictions: Gf and other options marked on the menu alongside meals.
Excellent service and very nice ambience to the place. I had the lamb shank and mash which was superb and wife had veal marsala which was tasty but tough.
Food was good, service was a little over the place as we had 4 different wait staff come over to our table, atmosphere was nice
I firstly want to mention staff, they we're attentive and very nice, and helpful! My friend and i ordered wine and it camw with two glasses, one glass had lipstick on it so wasn't clean. Easy fix. I ordered prawn and scallop penne, it was delicious but had 4 prawns and 4 scallops, a bit disappointing, my friend fit the gnochi Bianca and that was alright. They are generous servings but of just the pasta, not what is in it. Sebastians today wasn't like what it used to be and i left quite dissapointed.
Haven't been here in 15 years, and they're definitely doing something right! Prices are reasonable, and the food was really really good. The pizza was flavourful and had that nice wood fired crust. The gnocchi was light and fluffy. The lamb shanks tender and moist. Really enjoyable meal and will be back soon!
Great restaurant in heart of Victoria Park where we have lunched on several occasions. Both times we have opted for fish and salad dishes, good quality and price. Highlight is the dessert with coffee included which we couldn't resist. Left Sebastian's feeling completely satisfied and impressed with wonderful food and highly efficient service. Will visit again!
We waited 30 minutes before anyone could even attend our table which in the first place was not even clean when they sat us down the front of the house appeared to hate their job. Must be the management trying to cut corners by not hiring proper staff or taking care of their employees. What a shame! Did we get our food? No we left without any food. Better Italian places in Perth! IL lido canteen at Cottesloe, Catalano, and ischia are much better Italian restaurants.
