Story

Our group strongly believes in providing our customers an
experience they will enjoy, sourcing the highest quality
produce and a restaurant that will always be at the
forefront of design.

Our menu pays homage to and is inspired from the northern regions
of Thailand such as Chang Mai.
You will always find your favourite traditional Thai dishes, however
our team are constantly creating their own take on modern Thai,
and you will find the dishes under “signature dishes”.
The signature dishes still have that unmistakable Thai flavour,
these are truly special dishes are driven our teams childhood
and passion for Thai cuisine and will amaze with their
contrasting tastes and textures.

We take our drinks seriously too…

With a ever growing wine list that we have source from across
Australia and a few internationals. We have focused on
wine that we feel can be enjoyed and wines that will
marry perfectly to our food. Being based in NSW we feel
that it is essential a large portion of wines are produced in
our own backyard. So expect to find a few gems from the
Hunter Valley to Orange and Southern Highlands.

Our Signature cocktails are created with the
similar belief of our food…
Sourcing the finest ingredients to produce an enjoyable cocktail.
Our team have created a few cocktails using some beautiful
Thai flavours such as lemongrass and lyches.
You will also find few where they have branched out used some
of the fantastic ingredients available in Australia.
