Jannene is trained as a Remedial Reflexologist she can release muscle tension and pain within one session using specific pressure points on the feet as well as using motion and ice, this together will give you a better range of motion through the muscle and reduce your pain. Jannene also offers therapeutic massage using deep tissue, trigger point therapy, cupping and red light therapy.
Jannene has studied at the Australian Institute of fitness, Kahuna Bodyworks, Perth School of Reflexology, Reflexology for the treatment of Pain, Maternity Reflexology which was taught by Moshe Kruchik. She also has certificates in Reiki, Hot Stone Therapy and Cupping.
Jannene is also a member of the Australian Reflexology Association and Massage & Myotherapy Assocation.
