I stayed here for around 10 days. It has been a great hostel. Staffs were super friendly and helpful every time I asked for help. The rooms and common areas were maintained clean. It is located close to the downtown and coles so it was easy to get around. I would highly recommend this hostel for working holiday makers coming to Townsville.

The atmosphere is great—everyone is always smiling, friendly, and easy to approach. The staff are incredibly friendly; they are never grumpy and genuinely go out of their way to help.nnYes, it is unavoidably a bit dirty, but they are constantly working on maintenance and renovations, which shows they genuinely care about improving the guest experience.nnRecommendation: I do not recommend it for short stays, but I highly recommend it for long-term stays.nnWould you like me to translate another review or help you find information about hostels in a specific city?
I really liked this hotel, very close to Coles and The Strand for a quick run. It has air conditioning in every room, the kitchen is not super big but essential with everything you need!! You have the opportunity to meet a lot of people and exchange tips. If you come to Townsville is the best!!
If you are on the look of a hostel in Townsville, this is the one!nThe establishment is clean and well organized, rooms are clean, big and with enough space for you and your roommates. While the sharing places living room, outdoor area and kitchen are well furnished and whit airconditioner.nPeople are friendly and the vibe is always nice.nThe beach is at 5 minutes away, same as Coles and other restaurants.nWould recommend it!
Myself and my friend stayed in Seaside Lodge for a week and we found it to be a great place to get started in Townsville for regional work! It's also a be a great place for a short stay! The staff are very friendly and helpful, Brendan helped us sort out our next booking. Only negatives are that it’s hard to make friends as there’s a tight knit group of people that have been there long term and the kitchen is quite small and tends to be busy a lot of the time.
