Our designated associate, Nick Kendell, was absolutely amazing! I know he works with dozens of applicants but I felt like I was the only one. His responses to my emails came within 10 minutes and I could feel his positive energy from across the ocean. Nick was genuinely rooting for me and it's wonderful to celebrate with him as well. The fair was also really well organised and being able to get council from experienced associates during the event was invaluable. We will definitely continue working with Search, but most importantly, we will always cherish their care for us.
In my experience, Nick and Paula continue to provide comprehensive support to candidates throughout the process. Most importantly, they believe in their candidates, and this can make all the difference when faced, e.g., with some of the extra challenges that the 2019-22 period has brought us all. The best portal for International teaching job hire. It took a while but I got a great match. I tried the others or direct hire processes although it's hard to get the information you need that way. Seach Associates provides you with all the critical information you need so you know who may be a good fit before you take the time to apply.

Unlike other agencies, Search Associates has a precise procedure to register and asks teachers to submit many relevant documents. The list of international schools was all good. No need to worry about ending up a wrong place or wrong school. More importantly, Nick has given me very practical and wise advice on preparing all procedures of working at international schools. It is absolutely great to have a well-experienced consultant rather than just a sales person. Nick’s experiences as an educational leader and educator are great. Nick Kendall is a champion. He is always ready to help and easy to talk to. Likes to think he's funny but is lucky he has a day job. Search Associates provided a wonderful service to us.
