Amazing service by all staff. The owners Have always looked after My family and I and go out of their way to help. All the staff are friendly. Jogi and Jay the owner/managers have helped me personally through cancer treatment and mental health. If your looking for a family to care for you Seaforth Pharmacy is the place to go.

Two days late for a wheelchair hire which costs $150 for a month but charged $20 PER DAY for overdue (they had other wheelchairs in-store so it wasn't as if someone was going without). I could understand if it was a week late or thereabouts but two days just after Easter and because I was at hospital for those two days, absolutely no flexibility from the owner Jogi Suri. They certainly won't get my or my family's custom again and I'm amazed they're still in business with a money-grabbing attitude like that. Perhaps it is acceptable behaviour to the owners but it isn't for most decent people. I would have been hiring equipment again from them shortly but will now take my custom elsewhere. What's wrong with these people?

Had a persistent skin problem for over 2 years at which I saw many specialists. The owner/pharmacist gave amazing advice and recommended some products which cleared it up in 10 days. Amazing service

Just shocked about how I got treated over a clear miscommunication caused by the store staff. The manager/owner was more intent on proving me wrong than trying to resolve issue. Not smart losing customers over a $15 charge as this would have been a non issue if handled correctly.
