It was my first time visiting these doctor's rooms. I have never been to a doctor that has had such friendly team members working there. There is a different feeling about this organisation, you can feel it as you walk in. The atmosphere is warm and friendly. There is clearly a great team culture and good mentorship and leadership teams in play here. Thank you! I saw Dr Christine. She was thorough, explained everything to me properly. She called me back the next day with my results from a swob test she probably didn't need to call me back to confirm because she was 100% sure it was shingles and she diagnosed me with Shingles and prescribed me the meds I needed to get better but she called me anyway to confirm that it was Shingles and thats my point, it feels like they really care! Dr Christine made me feel really valued by the practice- I would recommend booking Dr Christine she is really lovely.
The staff were lovely and it’s convenient, but I was told I didn’t need antibiotics and that it was probably viral but they didn’t do any swabs or tests. I went to a different doctor because I was in so much pain who did tests and found out that I had a bacterial infection and did need antibiotics.nI’m a bit disappointed, and I hope they’re more thorough for other people.
My husband and I have been coming here for the last 6 years, when we needed to have medical assistance closer to home not only because our previous GP, with similar age as ourselves, and 20km away, started cutting her hours, and us needing more frequent visits. This facility was brand new and going through the initial adjustments. The Dr in charge at the time was very efficient and attentive as the current two we have had for the last three years. Reception and nurses have always been very efficient and friendly helping us to get used to attending a Medical Centre instead of a private Dr's room. So, at this point in time, we highly recommend.
I had a great experience at the practice. Receptionists and the doctor were very helpful and friendly as it was my first time there.
Had visa health exam done here. Was very pleasantly surprised by how friendly the staff were. Thank you to Jo and Deidre for making sure everything was smooth sailing and hassle free.
