Compared to other community centres nearby, just really nothing happening, the staff don’t even bother to try, when asking them questions about program, they just said to check on the website by yourself! It should and could be a nice gathering place for the local community, so sad to see such resources are wasted, and the employees are the least community minded people, they are just happy with a good paid job and just sitting there waiting to hire out the venue.
My experience at the community centre was unfortunately marred by a significant oversight – the first aid room, a crucial element of any public space, was inexplicably locked and inaccessible. This blatant disregard for basic safety measures left me astounded and frustrated.nnIn the event of an emergency, the unavailability of the first aid room is not only inconvenient but downright hazardous. A community centre should prioritise the well-being of its visitors, and locking away the facility designed for immediate medical assistance contradicts its fundamental objective.nnleft me questioning the competence and commitment of the management to the safety of those utilizing the community centre's facilities.nnIt's disheartening to witness such negligence, especially considering that emergencies can happen unexpectedly. A locked first aid room defeats its purpose entirely, and it reflects poorly on the community centre's commitment to the welfare of its patrons.nnAdding to the frustration, the owner's lack of responsiveness compounded the issue. Despite our attempts to communicate, the delayed response conveyed a disregard for the urgency of the situation. To exacerbate matters, we were informed that rectifying the inaccessible first aid room would require waiting until a weekday, further highlighting a concerning lack of urgency and responsiveness to essential safety concerns. This dismissive approach to addressing a critical matter only deepened my disappointment with the community centre's management.
The maternal health nurse within this service are very strange. I felt like I was rushed, provided with unnecessary and irrelevant information and felt like I couldn't ask questions. Not very happy, don't want to go back will go to another one.
Great kindergarten and next to a nice park
horrible, the alarms go off for no reason with no way to turn them off. and the first aid room locks automatically with no way in which is totally illegal.
