Had an after hours party here. Was the first time I've ever heard of this place and all I can say is that it's miles better then lollipops, crocs and the other ones I've been to and I've been to all of them.nnIt's very modern and clean and the games they have there are fairly priced.nnAnother huge thing that did it for me is the bathroom facilities, they are modern, very clean and big.
Staff are friendly, play area is large with lots of different areas and activities to keep kids of all ages entertained we had a 2yo and a 9yo and both were very happy. The food was served relatively fast considering how busy the cafe was and was very tasty. I was aware of the 2 hour parking limit prior to attending due to other helpful reviews so we planned for this. The only complaint I have was from the menu on the app I calculated how much I needed but ordered at the counter as I had cash and was charged 50c more than the price advertised on the app, in the big scheme of things 50c isn't a lot of money but when you have budgeted the day out on limited finances it's frustrating.
I took my grandchildren here for a play date during the recent school holidays. The kids had lots of fun on the various activities offered which is good. What I found not so good was the hygiene, half eaten and empty plates, cups ect not cleaned up nor tables wiped down. Also there were food spills on the floor, could pose a safety hazard. The price of the food was slightly outrageous. The staff appeared friendly and helpful, may have been understaffed on the day, hence the filth. I don’t think I’ll be visiting again nor recommending this venue.
Met a friend and her baby here for lunch. The scrambled eggs on sourdough were the best scrambled eggs I've ever had, friend had loaded fries and they were so fresh with proper bacon on top. Looked so good. I will be back just for the food! Service was good and staff were quiet and friendly and helpful oh and the iced lattes are spot on!
Excellent play cafe. Safe entry/exit. Friendly but busy staff. Great play areas. Excellent food & great choices. The little car area has the potential to be a lot of fun. When we went some of the cars were out of action.
