Disappointing wait time and customer service. We ordered 1 simple pack of fish and chips and had to wait 45min - way too long. And since expanding to multiple stores, the staff at the Sawtell store lack commitment, enthusiasm and a sense of urgency. A downhill slide from the one-store Sea Salt we loved a few years ago.
Food was fantastic and service was lovely. The only downside was the Sawtell venue closed before it's advertised hours, but Toormina was open and was excellent, both service and food.
Easy to aeces from street very good affordable food loved
The food was amazing and reasonably priced. Large chips w/ 3 delicious calamari rings nice size and 3 fish bits for $13.50. I will definitely order from there again next visit to Coffs Harbour
