I went to SD Dental today for my regular checkup. This was my first time with the new dentist Dr Jonathan. I was very impressed with Dr Jon and all the team. Everyone working there was professional, pleasant and very friendly. It makes going to the dentist a much nicer experience.
My experience with SD dental today was excellent. Very obliging reception ladies and even have complimentary Nespresso coffee bar and cold drinks in their waiting room. Very impressed to say the least. The hygienist Alicia was so gentle and caring and would highly recommend her. Dr Johnathan was great, very caring and highly recommend him as well. Overall had 5 star service from everyone. Thankyou
I have recently attended the surgery for some complex dental work and was treated by Dr Jonathan and his colleague, Dr Jackie. I cannot speak highly enough of the professional treatment I received. Both dentists and their supporting staff approached the procedure with kindness, respect, care and concern both for my teeth and for my well being. Thank you all at SD Dental for the people you are and your thorough, honest and meticulous service.
I have been going to Dr Jonathan Ng for a while now, and I am happy that he has moved to Cleveland now that it is closer to where I live. I used to drive an hour or more to Redcliffe just to get my dental service done by him because it was worth it. The dental procedure that I have recently undergone involves removal of four wisdom teeth within 30 minutes which was completely pain free one day post-surgery. The service and care that I have received are of a high professional standard, which includes excellent post-surgery follow up from the team. I highly recommend Dr Jonathan if you’re looking for a professional dentist that is knowledgeable, patient, and friendly. He is your go to!
Pleasant people. Thorough, efficient and informative. Also, surprising for a visit to a dentist, actually quite enjoyable. Basic maintenance procedures were done without discomfort so I’ll be returning for my 6-monthly checkups.
Not a lover of going to dentist and after seeing Sam for so many years I was reluctant to change my dentist but I was pleasantly surprised with the care of Haotian. He explains things really well and instantly makes you feel at ease. Would thoroughly recommend him and SDDental for any dental care.
I am seeing Dr Zhang for some major dental work and am very pleased with the whole experience. Everyone at the practice is helpful and friendly and go the extra mile to assist by fitting you in if an urgent issue, and follow up calls to see how I am after the appointment. Dr Zhang is a very caring and patient dentist who explains everything that is happening and is up with the latest techniques. The only downside for me personally is that they are not a Medibank Private provider which I was not aware of, so the gap I have to pay is a lot larger and may force me to find another dentist which would be such a shame.
I had my first appointment today with Dr Jonathon at SD Dental in Cleveland, both him and the team there made me feel comfortable, relaxed and confident in going back in the future for any more work I need done. I would recommend anyone needing a dentist to go there !
Not a fan of the dentist but I have to say my experience yesterday was fantastic. The dental higenest who name I have forgotten was the best experience I have ever had at the dentist. I would recommend her to anyone who asks me about my experience.
