bought a prescription mask /snorkel The staff were very friendly and helpful.The store is surprisingly big inside and fully equipped with everything you need. Been to quite a few scuba shops and this is by far the best I've been to.
Great training on a recent Deep Diver certification. The theory and preparation was exceptional along with each of the dives. Thorough briefing and de-briefing for each dive made the course feel very safe. Outstanding equipment recommendations and advice from Xavier and Shane. Thanks everyone.
Scuba Culture were fantastic in helping getting my Open Water Diving Certificate. Sue was such a caring, professional, helpful instructor, nothing was to ever to much trouble. Xavier and the team were so good I have booked another two specialty courses already and look forward in continuing my Scuba adventure with the team.
I rang Xavier on Friday morning and ordered a new Halcyon infinity bcd. He had it shipped to me in Sydney, and I was diving in it on Wednesday morning. Being a commercial operator having things delivered in a timely manner is super important. Xavier knew exactly what he was talking about and was able to answer all my questions. Most importantly scuba culture came in $300 cheaper than their nearest priced competitor. Will definitely be my first stop for equipment from now on.
Living in Alice Springs the past 2 years had my equipment in serious need of service. I have dives booked here and in Perth and really wanted to make sure I'd be safe using the equipment that haven't touched water in an eternity. Unfortunately, all my equipment is American...Xavier still did everything he could for my equipment. He did all the tests that he could without parts and even hooked me up with contacts in Perth who probably will. I can't say enough wonderful things. Xavier described himself as "pendantic" which, to me, is a stellar thing for anyone who works with equipment that is meant to keep me alive. I also have to say that Xavier would have told me all of this over the phone if I did not first call on their day off and then have my gear lost on the plane so I wasn't able to tell him which brands I owned yes I should know. Still very glad I drove in for the testing he did. Absolutely worth the piece of mind. I chose Scuba Culture because of the reviews. Happy to share another.

The team at Scuba Culture are absolute professionals. My partner and I have both completed our open water dive course through scuba culture and we have had nothing but the best experience. The trainers are incredibly warm and welcoming, and leave no stone unturned while training you to dive with an emphasis on safety. I have continued to learn about diving through their club dives and will continue to do so. Customer service is fantastic and they offer only the best, latest gear which they have all personally tested. I wouldn't recommend anywhere else than scuba culture for diving, training and equipment.
Bought dive weights from these guys. Good service quick and easy transaction. Weights do as weights do. Shop is tucked away and apple maps did a bad job getting there but yeah good place.
