Good communication via text. Paid on the spot. Fair price and didnt try to adjust that upon  inspection. Removed a vehicle that couldn't be driven. Returned e-tags that I forgot to take out of vehicle. Very happy with service.

Giving this business 1 star is very generous after my experience.  Called and organised on the phone that they would pick up my car for a certain amount. Once arrived, the man didnt speak at all besides telling me to hand over my license and sign the document, trusting the man and his business, I did so. Once my car had been hoisted up on to his truck he tried to pay me way under the agreed payment and told me I was a liar. I asked him to take my car off and hand me back the papers but he refused. I asked for the reciept and after I had signed, he wrote the amount that he paid me way below agreed payment. He commited fraud right infront of us and we were astounded that this was a business certified by fair trade. 1 hour of my time was waisted trying to get him to take my car off of his truck, all whilst being verbally abused by this man. My friends and i were disgusted.  If you want to use this service, although I strongly advise agaisnt it, be prepared to be ripped off and treated horribly.  Attached is a screen shot, still, days after, trying to scam me because i posted this reveiw - some poeple dont like the truth.

Was promised a good price and was told to they'd show in the morning then they said the couldn't be there until midday. Waited late into the afternoon but they never showed up. Don't waste your time on this joke of a company.

This guy is an absolute joke. Tried to pay under the agreed amount discussed on the phone. Wasted my time and didn't even take the car. Sent abusive messages after as well
