Ben and his team at SCR Hinterland Property operate in the most professional manner and as the vendor, I felt that I was listened to and respected. My wife and i travelled from Perth to the Sunshine Coast to become familiar with the area with a view to buying. Roger was one of only 2 agents that bothered to reply to my wifes request for information on the area prior to travel. When we arrived Roger spent well over an hour giving us a detailed overview of the area, the amenities, the possible challenges and likely availability of properties matching our requirements. Having subscribed to SCRs mailing list we received a post from Roger a month later with our ideal property. Roger provided great support and communication as we went through a convoluted process of offer and counter offer, and continues to do so in this period of interstate travel restrictions.
