This most interesting dinner I've had in awhile. It would be cool if they had a drink pairing options with the set menu. Cool little bar. Definitely stop in for a wine or cocktail while in Blenheim.
Excellent dinner experience, with involved and tasty dishes from beginning to end shout out to the beef dish. We had wine by the glass; the selection is carefully crafted, mostly from NZ, and the staff is extremely knowledgeable, helpful and passionate about their wines. We got to check out the beautiful cellar and purchase some precious bottles to complete our wonderful night. Thank you!
Good dinning environment. Well cooked fish, miso eggplant was divine. We tried their new dish smoked tahr, it was delicious. Good Sav from the Settlement vinery. The service was good too, friendly and attentive.

Contemporary and creative cuisine with fresh home made sourdough bread always available. The wine list has a selection of NZ and international great wines, a lot of them are from organic or biodynamic producers. I definitely recommend the set menu, it is a 5 course dinner that allows you to experience all the different flavours they creat.
Truly a phenomenal place. Much more than a wine bar, the food options were great, the spicy friend chicken reminded me of home in Texas although I wish they'd trim the fat just a touch more since they don't deep fry it, and the cocktail and wine list was so thorough and exhaustive I felt like I walked away with an education even though I've internally traveled to more than 20 international wine regions. I'll be back and I'll refer everyone I know.
Highly recommended - great food, service and drink selection. You get what you pay for and then some. Great ambience for a dinner. If possible, come in a group so you can share more dishes. Really high quality cooking.
Went at a quiet time for an early meal. Attentive staff, great service. Delicious and original food.
I'm always wary when a place says they have "the most fill in the blank", but when this place said they have the longest liquor list, I believe it. Several pages long and included both local and imported beer, spirits, and wine. Food was also very on point and staff was highly knowledgeable and friendly!
It really is worth a visit if you're in town. Attentive staff and a great selection of wine.
