Middle aged heavy set woman who works here is beyond rude.nDisgusting attitude, if you don't like helping customers, why do you work in a customer facing role?nnMaybe she missed lunch and was a bit hangry, either way someone needs to teach her some simple manners.nI would describe the tantrum she had with me as aggressive and unprofessional because I wanted specific few cuts of steak from the fridge and I assume she couldn't be bothered helping or reaching for them.nnSurely I can pick the meat cuts I want at a butcher?nnBad day, hangry or not....we won't be back.
Brought BBQ ChopsnGot them home to cook up only to throw them out .nLamb is not mutton nor is a ram good tasting due to acid.nIt tasted and smelt like a ram who has run before culling yucky acid chops . At that cost I expected the best of the best meats from butchers.
Ive been going to this butcher for over 5 years, they have consistently had great quality meats. The one time I had an issue with a product, I went back and explained my thoughts and the on duty manager could not have been more polite and understanding. I had my meat replaced, took it home and as usual I thoroughly enjoyed it. They aren’t the cheapest butcher but the old saying really does ring true here - “you get what you pay for”

Wow the staff that work there go above and beyond just for you! Their knowledge of meat as to the different cuts and the cooking style for those are really helpful and customer service is so incredible I feel so great every time I shop there! It also goes without mentioning that they are super friendly bunch in there too. Great quality meat and awesome customer service, thank you!
