Great fabrics good service
The service here is spot on. The gentleman who helped my wife is extremely knowledgeable and friendly and always happy to help. You can tell he takes a genuine interest in your project as well. The customer service is great and the range of products is honestly amazing. Well done.
I bought an end of a bolt today and was charged 20cm more than was there. Appalling they rounded up to the nearest metre. Also found they were apparently more interested in discussing stock movements and displays rather than asking if I needed any assistance. Won’t be going back.
Since I first started sewing about 30 yrs ago, I have always had great service from skaffs. They let me brouse first, but are always available to assist and can recommend interfacings, and can always give relevent advice.
