Sckafs are very helpful. They're also the only place I can find consistently high quality fabrics from.

Two female staff much prefer to stand and gossip rather than help the customer in the store. When approaching these lovely staff, they had clearly never been to a customer service workshop. Perhaps they could go down to the local supermarket and learn a thing or two from the 16 year old cashier on customer service ie.. Hello .... how are you ?? can i help you ?? Not hard you would think. Spotlight ended up doing the job with good service.
