Online sizing charts are unclear and don’t give the length of the school uniform dresses and tops - just the chest measurement. Very unclear description of sizing. Hate to think how parents in an additional language to English figure this out.nOnline website is rubbish. Very glitchy. Cart does not update in a straightforward way so in checkout you need to carefully check that what you wanted is there in the correct numbers.nI don’t know how many times I’ve tried to order something to see it is STILL out of stock. I wouldn’t be surprised if this company is close to insolvency based on the way it operates in store and online… A pity. I hear it used to be reliable.
Have been into this store now four times. Each time the level of service has declined. Older ladies are very rude to not only customers but to the younger staff members. If had a choice to purchase my son's uniforms from elsewhere I would. I was warned by other parents about the unprofessional state of this store but was still shocked. Management needs an overhaul in this store.
They know we can't buy the stuffs they are selling anywhere else, so they don't bother with customer service. Also, I really don't like hardly normal Harvey Norman, who owns School Locker. Hopefully, my kid will graduate soon so I won't have to spend another cent there or support them at all.
Very poor service from staff.nI received an email to collect my order that I ordered about 9 months ago So i I went in to claim it. The staff said they couldn't find my order and to re order it. they were quite rude about it, staff did not want to take any responsibility on their part which isn't the first time.nI will be putting a formal report into the school.nnThe school locker company owner would be ashamed.
School jacket is out of stock. Tried 2nd time in last month. Perhaps they get delivery after winter. First school locker sell rubbish products in higher price due to monopoly, second don’t manage stock according to demand and weather. Absolutely pathetic
