We were absolutely lost with where to start, having two kids moving to a new private school next year and thousands of dollars worth of gear to purchase before school starts. Then Janine, the angel, came to our assistance, quickly directing us to the best sizes, shoe fitting, and was so knowledgeable, that we left feeling accomplished instead of frustrated. TSL for God's sake STOP USING COURIERS PLEASE! This is the second time in 12 months they have lost the uniforms sent by you, this time $200 worth. I have spent hours on the phone trying to find it and no-one knows where it is. The parcel only had to travel one postcode!!!! I can see my mailbox from where I work and not one delivery attempt was made, so the driver lied when he said it tried twice and left a card no card was left. Couriers Please is ruining your business and reputation. STOP USING THEM!!!

Super friendly lady at Oxley store…phoned about an instrument and they did not have a new in stock ..checked for me and found one up north..delivered in quick time ..thankyou
Extremely expensive but we have no choice but to purchase from them. However the most annoying part is even with all the money we pay, they still choose a cheap courier service courier please to deliver the goods. I have spend over $200 on winter uniforms for the kids. No idea where they are as the couriers take it to a random collection point instead of the post office as it is a cheaper service. Beyond annoyed.
