Paid $25 for two chip butty wraps definitely got kids sizes but charged full price. Other Schmitz stores wraps are twice the size. Took 20 mins to receive order while customers who ordered after me get theirs. Terrible service will never be back. Look at the reviews, wish I had and I would have went somewhere else. Just tried to call Schnitz to let them no I got kids wraps but no will answer. What a rip off Just received a generic email sent back. Please please do not go here. Got robbed of $25. This is by far the worst Schnitz store in Australia. Damaging the whole Schnitz brand name. Will never be back. Disgraceful feedback from the owner.
Extremely rude staff, wait time was ridiculous. waited over an hour while every other table received orders. Watched the cashier clean the floor touch the touch screen and head into the kitchen with out changing her gloves. A overall terrible experience.
Can't believe how small the beef schnitzel's have gotten. Not worth the money. Waitress was quite rude and handled our cutlery touching the parts that go in your mouth after handling money and not washing hands. Very disappointed
Waited over 20 mins for a half filled family chips. Have been a few times but the wait to have your order taken is too long. No one is ever at the counter to take orders and they know you are there waiting as they can see you from the kitchen.
I enjoyed the chicken, but really didn't enjoy the beef schnitz. It was just too chewy. Wish it was as tender as the chicken. But the wraps were nice and ingredients were fresh. Staff were lovely and a nice meal before heading in to see a movie!
Food is okay, but why have a phone if you legit never answer it??? I’ve gone there before and the phone is disconnected and put on mute. Continuously forgets chips on a bigger order.
Great place for getting a chicken schnitzel fix. They have a gluten free crumb option corn crumbs available as well as no crumb option. Mid range price range for meals
I’m in love with the veggi patty but the way I got my wrap was so disappointing. I ordered with fiery turban but there was hardly any sauce or jalapeños. Just few bites in it felt so dry so had to open the entire wrap and eat it
The staff are absolutely hopeless they look half asleep, they forget your order from the payment counter to cooking the the meal, then they come and say no bacon after it was paid for! Never go to the broadmeadows snhnitz!!
Very poor service. So slow to take orders and process it when restaurant is empty. People were leaving after waiting to place order. Floor were slippery with all oil from kitchen
