By far the worst experience I've ever had! Where to start.... we waited over an hr for our food while sitting watching three tables seated after us be served and walk out before we even got our food. Then a lady came and asked what we ordered went to go get our food came back with a burger that was so cold to touch I then said I didn't pay $90 for an order to get food poisoning because the chicken is cold and has clearly been sat out for so long, she then gave so much attitude saying it's not her fault but clearly it is you obviously some sort of manager then said she'll get fresh food waited another 30 minutes ended up walking out without half our order cause our chips were a no show and a guy was already arguing trying to get a refund so why would I even bother... I would much rather tell a bunch of people to not waste there money and go somewhere else, and I hope the food safe come give you a visit cause that was a disgrace !
I can't believe you expected me to pay $1 more because your staff member put the chips I wanted through as normal fries not sweet potato fries. Tell me how it feels to go to work everyday without providing customer satisfaction. Because you didn't satisfy me. And I won't be back. You have failed.Food: 1/5
Ordered our meals and an additional small sweet potato fries for our daughter, only for them to have incorrectly put it through as regular fries. When they brought them out and we said we had ordered sweet potato fries they wanted us to pay an extra dollar for them. Money isn't the issue, but to have the cheek when it was your stuff up. Poor form.
The food was nice and fresh and the customer service was exceptional. I haven’t received great customer service like that in a long time, Cassie went above and beyond and I’ll definitely be back!
Main reason for the score is they did not mention or post anything regarding surcharge for public holiday until I paid for it and questioned the price. They also didn’t yell out my name and I was waiting longer time then I should have.
Had a schnitzel recently and found it dry and the chips way over salted. The venue itself at the time only had a few patrons eating in but found it took staff approximately 20 minutes to clear and clean two vacated booths and they were by no means busy at all, a lot of room for improvement although the staff were very friendly.
Great food and service! I even left my phone there by accident and they found it for me! Fantastic team thanks guys
ZERO stars!! The worst experience at my most favourite fast food store. 1. Vegetarian meal had a chicken schnitzel In It 2. Sent it back, no apology, came back with no chips and no avocado. 3. Status quo had chilli sauce instead of honey mustard 4. Kids meal was wrong. 5. No cutlery 6. Customer service was dreadful 7. If it was my first Schnitz experience it would have been my last.
1st time at woodgrove store. Chicken schnitel was small compared to other stores. Store is smaller than others lacks atmosphere.Food: 3/5
Got order wrong twice in a row. Nearly every time I order a vegan option it comes with chicken in it. Also forgot parts of the order, even tho the docket clearly states what should have been in the order. Melton schnitz has been getting worse over the last couple of years! Dietary restrictions: If it says vegan, don’t put chicken in it!
