Hawian schnitzel is a new thing for me. But definitely something I could have again. I arrived 15min before close and service was still great chips are amazing and I scored some free gravy to dip the chips. All in all a great eat.Food: 5/5
*EDIT* - Manager Dylan reached out promptly and we went back Thursday night and the standards were met like our first experience on the Friday. Hopefully the Moday experience was just a one off. Went Friday night and food was cooked perfectly, service was good and friendly. We went back for lunch on Monday and it was like we went to a whole new place. The place was super quit, no one else there and took at least half an hour. The order was wrong, they missed one of the chips bit we went to the park so couldn't be bothered coming back, complaining and waiting half an hour for a regular chips. The schnitzels on both the Parma and the wrap were over cooked and basically burnt. The Friday was amazing and would keep going back. The Monday, we are now turned off and have no appetite to going again.
It was good. For $12.90 it was fine for a chain store. Sweet potato fries were a bit overcooked and didn't come with any sauce. They stock Billsons alcohol drinks. Staff were friendly enough. Family of six for a light dinner cost us approx $87. Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly
Food was sub-par in comparison to other locations. Burger and wraps were not bad but the chips had no seasoning or salt on them. When you claim to have the best chips, try a little harder and have a little bit more pride in your job. It costs over $50 for 2 people to have a meal. Very disappointing will be spending my money elsewhere on cheaper and better food.
Love a good Schnitz. The food was fantastic and it's a classy restaurant. Looks newly renovated. The no touch exit from the wash room with a foot open door put it into a Covid safe class of its own. Nice touch! Corn crumb was crunchy. Didn't have to wait too long for the food. Lots of delivery pick ups.

Excellent food and great service. Plenty of indoor seating, decent prices with a variety of menu options. Food didn't take long at all to come out, pity there are none in SA anymore, bring them back to SA
we came in for a snack and were served by this lovely worker, i think her name was Ruby. food was great and she answered all of our questions and even came back to check on us. 10/10 great service!Food: 5/5
The chicken parma was pretty good and I did enjoy but clearly was not meant as an adult serving and for $16.50 I have little to complain about here. To satisfy my hunger however, I ordered an American loaded fries take away. When I finally got home and opened it. It barely had any cheese on it and the bacon wasn't fully fully sliced or cooked. I mean it looks like I'm having the end half of someone's meal. Honestly the worst loaded fries I've ever ordered. And it's the only reason why I'm posting this in the first place everything else was fairly average.
Never get the order right. ALWAYS super slow. Food is good so if you have to try it... recommend ordering, then go do your supermarket shopping or solve a Rubik's Cube, come back... then ALWAYS check what they give you. Guaranteed to be missing chips or a sauce or something... Oh and I nearly forgot... If you order ONLINE and nominate a time to pickup... add 30-40min on top of it. So order around 5pm to get food by 6pm.
