I was coming here to buy each of my family Cologne and perfume. The lady served my mate then when I wanted to smell it too she said “no no this one for you friend” in a rude condescending way. I felt belittled by her. She was thay French itailian sounding one with the square faces gold watch. Safe to say I took my money elsewhere instead.
Never in the history of retail have I encountered a more judgemental sales assistant and I shopped in most major cities in Europe. Visited yesterday to try 2 scents, the dark haired lady wouldn’t spray them on my skin, only the card. I’m not buying Parfum De Marly if I can’t see if I suit it. And told me what I would and wouldn’t like. I know what I like, but I need to test it first. That’s what ‘testers’ are for. So I just spent $900 on perfumes at another place instead. Big mistake. Huge.
JANUARY 24, 2023 HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. NO CUSTOMERS WOULD COME BACK WITH THEIR ATTITUDE. LITERALLY DISGUSTING.
Horrible customer service!! Upon entering you feel judged and the staff just sigh when you want to test a fragrance. They try and force you to buy things that they like not what you like.
Absolutely terrible customer service. My husband bought J’Adore gift set and the top of the pump was broken. Attempted 3 times to return but kept getting told only the Manager could do refund or exchanges.Each time I arranged to go the manager was not available! Was happy to have an exchange but the gift set was no longer in stock. Took my phone number to call me in the week but didn’t hear back. Eventually returned to Joondalup store. Called the store and Manager told me to call back as she was ‘busy’ Be very careful when buying from this store

Great selection - and that's the only positive. Rude owner. Absolutely terrible customer service. Been buying there for years and the female staff member left. Over priced - chemist warehouse has alot cheaper and owner doesn't care about this. Will not return. Would not recommend. Would suggest going anywhere BUT here. Alot of other places sell perfume
Staff were friendly and helpful. And seemed excited about the aftershave I was looking for. I guess that's a good sign!
