A massive thank you to Tyrone for the great service, help and speedy assistance in getting me into my lovely new car today. Can't recommend him highly enough, great communication from first point of selecting the right car for my needs Wed to the much welcomed call for pickup first thing this morning. Also to Maria thank you for your swift response to my lender, you are awesome. I visited many many car yards from Moorooka to Beaudesert and felt most comfortable and confident with the overall experience at Scenic Ford than anywhere else. I greatly appreciated the customer service, knowledge and willingness to deal from the Team at Scenic Ford Beaudesert. Was great dealing with David, and Jamie from start to finish. the help I received form David was truly amazing I brought two new fords and the process was very simple, i've been a customer of a large ford dealership on Ipswich road for many years and there service was very poor I'll be using Scenic Ford from now on.
Couldn't fault the customer service, knowledge and willingness to deal from the Team at Scenic Ford Beaudesert. Was great dealing with David, Matt and Jamie from start to finish. Finance was super easy and stress free through Sarah. Sarah did a great job getting our finance rate as low as possible. We are extremely happy with our new ranger and will be sending all friends/family interested in the future to you guys. Only negative was the wait time but nobody can help that during times like this with Covid. In saying this David was great with keeping me updated with wait times. Thanks again!
What a dealership! Couldn’t ask for better customer service from both Georgia and Jasmine as it was my first time buying a new car both did a great job of helping me through the process and answering all questions I had. I felt comfortable throughout the whole process and I could approach with any question and communication was excellent. What an excellent experience from the get go. Jamie has been awesome all the way through the purchase of my new Ranger. Jamie has always kept me up to date with timings of when the vehicle would arrive. On collection he was very knowledgeable and took the time to set everything up for me and explain how everything worked, so all I needed to do was drive away
Tyrone was wonderful to deal with. Daughter went in to look after searching everywhere to purchase a new car. She felt very comfortable with the staff as they were not pushy nor trying to sell her something she had no interest in. She now has a car well suited to her for the family. Would highly recommend this young man and the team at Scenic Ford.
Tyrone was such a nice, polite and helpful employee especially helping answer all the questions we had to ask! The personal video tour of the car was so good in getting to know the feel without being able to physically inspect ourselves. This dealership has such a lovely spread of cars available for selection as well. Will 100% recommend this place again!
