I have lived Scape Toowong for half a year. I really love live in here. People lived here are nice. Especially I want to express my gratitude to Maddy, the front desk staff at our apartment. Her service attitude is exceptional; she is always warm and patient in assisting us. Her professionalism and dedication make us feel truly cared for. Thank you so much for all your hard work!
My experience at Scape Toowong has been exceptional. Not only are the facilities well-equipped and the environment comfortable, but the staff's thoughtful service is what truly stands out. I especially want to thank Darcey, Nash, Madeline, and Danny, whose enthusiasm and professionalism have made my stay even more enjoyable.
The recent cyclone was an incredibly stressful time, from the panic buying to the unpredictable weather conditions. Despite the fear and uncertainty, Scape Toowong handled the situation exceptionally well, keeping residents informed throughout and supporting students with helpful tips, advice, and reassurance.nnI’d especially like to acknowledge Bhavik, a student ambassador, who was incredibly helpful and supportive during this time. His efforts in keeping spirits up and assisting residents did not go unnoticed and helped keep overall morale up during this period.nnThank you, Scape Toowong, for ensuring residents felt safe and well cared for during such a challenging time.
Scape Toowong handled Cyclone Alfred well, keeping residents informed and ensuring our safety with regular updates and support. The building felt secure, and the staff were proactive throughout. A special thanks to Bhavik, my favorite student ambassador, for going above and beyond to assist everyone. Highly recommend Scape Toowong for its great management and care for students.
For this cyclone, we got through the difficulties very easily. During this period, a very good student helped me during the cyclone. He is decent and polite, friendly and careful in communication, and he is my favorite student ambassador Bhavik.
