Come in to Scandic Cafe. We bring you a piece of the North to the Sunshine Coast.
Join the celebrities and get a taste for the "Scandinavian Diet”.

Situated in the heart of Maroochydore in the Mike Ahern building across the road from Maroochy RSL. Open Monday to Friday 6.30am - 3pm.

Swedish owner Sanna comes from a background in fine dining and now she brings you the simple but bold flavours that the Scandinavian cuisine has to offer.
Meet her husband Richie behind the coffee machine, always there to make sure you get great coffee, the way you want it.

Take a seat at our breezy undercover outdoor seating and sample some of our authentic dishes or just sip on a locally roasted coffee with some Scandinavian treats.

Try the Norwegian crepes, Danish open style rye sandwiches or Swedish meatballs every Monday.
We believe in a healthy, local approach with no shortcuts.

Having walked past the cafe for over a year I finally went in for breakfast. What a wonderful café. Has a great buzz as there are always loads of customers around. Customer service was very friendly and food arrived promptly. Food was tasty and good portion sizes. Chocolate milkshake was the best I’ve had on the coast!

Great little airy cafe close businesses and conveniently open early for lovely breakfast and great coffee, served up quickly and with a smile!- pop in!

This place is wonderful. They have great service and a variety of yummy food and a good atmosphere. I really liked my juice and was happy to get coconut milk in my chai.  I will come back for sure. Blessings. Thank you.

Was hoping for something Scandinavian, but unfortunately they didn't have much they seemed to have some Vietnamese cuisine such as pho and bahn mi, They might need to have a name change, the Bahn Mi wasn't very nice had lots and lots of Spinach. Service was okay

Great pricing. Food is excellent and service is fantastic. The menu offers great choices. My daughter ordered the Big Breakfast, and the plate was full on an extra large plate. Food cooked to perfection

Great cafe although parking can sometimes be difficult due to its central location.  There's always a good crowd of people here and I love the food, particularly the crepes, meatball Monday and the fresh juices.  The owners are always friendly and up for a chat.  If you want to try some Scandinavian inspired food then this is the place for you!

Pleasant staff, but the diversity and the selection of food has diminished significantly since last I was here. Would not suggest it as a pleasant place to eat, as the 'atmosphere' seems to have been lost.

My favourite cafe on the Sunshine Coast! Friendly, staff, great food and the coffee is always fantastic, they always remember I like sweetener instead of Sugar in a takeaway cup! Scandanavian decor and treats on sale like Swedish licorice! Love it!

Definitely not Scandinavian. Went there in the hope to see a Scandinavian menu and vibe. Left without ordering. I'm sure thier Vietnamese cooking is great.
